netINS Internet Upgrade - Instructions
You do NOT need to change your email address, but you will need to make a minor, one-time change to the settings for your e-mail username(s).
Please review the 3 options listed below and follow the instructions for the one that best fits your needs.
WARNING: No action is required until December 19th. If you attempt to convert your account prior to the 19th, you will experience connectivity and e-mail issues.
Option 1
Obtain a CD from us that will make the required changes for your Internet account.
CD Instructions: Before you begin, you will need your username and password information. Additionally, if you use dial-up service, you will need your connect phone number.
When prompted during the installation process, please select the “New” installation type. This process will update your primary e-mail settings from Outlook Express or Windows Mail. If you check more than one e-mail address in Outlook Express or Windows Mail, you will need to set up these accounts again. Instructions for manually setting up an e-mail account can be found here:

This process will not delete any e-mail stored on your computer; only your settings will be changed.
Option 2
In the event you do not wish to use the installation CD, or if you do not have your username, password, and/or dial-up number, you may convert your account manually.
Please visit the following link for information and assistance in this process:

Option 3
If you do not use your partnercom.net e-mail address, or only use webmail, no action is required.
