Block Time contracts are billed at 1 hour per actual hour for all service calls scheduled during normal business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday). For after hours emergency support calls please see the following schedule for rates.

Evening Hours if scheduled after 5:00 PM	1.50 hours x actual hour
Weekend - Saturday hours	1.50 hours x actual hour
Weekend - Sunday hours	2.00 hours x actual hour
Emergency Holiday Support	2.50 hours x actual hour
